My daughter was really upset as they messed her order up putting chilly sauce on her burger when she hates anything spicy.. also ordered a 12" garlic bread with cheese only to find a 9" bread with no cheese. Phoned for a second time saying I don't mind going back and just want a small garlic bread with cheese for my daughter, I was told on the phone I would be definitely charged but another member of staff gave it to me when I collected. They also sent me a private message on Facebook saying I would not be welcome there again unless I delete the review. I'm sorry I'm not deleting the review, your customer service is appalling.September 21, 2016
